3. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you sign up, we collect your email address via our authentication provider (Supabase). We store your email, account role, subscription status, and plan details.

Project Data

When you create a simulation project, we store the product name, description, value proposition, target price, category, audience specifications, and any custom questions you provide.

Simulation Data

We store AI-generated persona profiles, their responses and scores (interest, clarity, trust, perceived value, novelty, relevance, purchase intent), AI-generated verbatim feedback, and aggregated analysis reports. All persona data is synthetic and does not represent real individuals.

Billing Data

We store your Stripe customer identifier and subscription status. Payment card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled exclusively and securely by Stripe.

Usage Data

We log AI API usage metrics (model name, token counts, estimated cost) per user for internal cost management and service integrity monitoring.

Technical Data

We use essential session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.
